This service lets businesses answer their customers on WhatsApp with an AI agent and manage bookings. This page explains what data it stores, why, who processes it, and how to exercise your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar laws).
Who is responsible
For a business's own account, the operator of this service is the controller. For the WhatsApp customers of a business, that business is the controller and this service processes the data on its behalf.
What we store
Business owners: email, name, password (stored hashed by Supabase) and the business information they enter. WhatsApp customers: phone number, WhatsApp profile name, message text, the language detected by the AI, and bookings (service, date and time, notes).
Why
To provide the service: answering customer messages, taking bookings and showing them in the dashboard (contract / legitimate interest). We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (the AI model that reads a conversation to write the reply) and Meta (WhatsApp delivery). These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own data protection terms.
How long
Until the business deletes the conversation or its account. Deleting removes the data from the database immediately; provider backups expire on their own schedule. Messages already delivered on WhatsApp stay on the phones that received them.
Your rights
You can ask for access, a copy, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its use. Business owners can download all data and delete their account in Settings. WhatsApp customers can ask the business they wrote to; the business can delete the whole conversation from its dashboard.
Cookies
Only necessary cookies: the sign-in session and your language choice. Light/dark mode is saved in your browser. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), each business can only read its own data (row-level security), and secret keys stay on the server.
